We acquire, develop, and produce our raw materials, yarns, and textiles in-house to ensure that our buyers, both national and worldwide brands, receive the world-class fabric. Our mills are well-versed in efficient weaving fabric processing to keep up with fashion trends and long-term compliance needs.

To mention a few, we have a wide selection of qualities: 100% organic fabric, BCI cotton, Liva, 100% Tencel, Viscose fabric, Modal, linen blends, stretch fabrics, Gauze, Ecovera, and other types of Yarn coloured in various weights and weaves. Reputed garment companies in India and elsewhere in Asia are procuring our fabrics. At the moment, we have a monthly fabric supply of 1.5 million meters. Depending on customer preferences, our finished fabrics can be packaged in either roll or bale form.

Warping

During the warping process, yarns from numerous packages will be transferred to a section beam, and always, we never fail to ensure that there is no wild yarn, no crossed, no high or low selvedge, and no loose ends, maintained at an excellent warping speed, along with the braking systems.

We also ensure uniformity of tension around the beams for producing the top-notch quality beams that are best suitable for warping. Modern KARL MAYER direct warps and beaming machines meet the highest manufacturing demands for the top-quality warp beams for weaving.

Sizing

Sizing can be defined as giving a protective coating on the warp yarn to minimise the breakage of yarn during the process of weaving. To prevent the thread from sticking together and make the weaving process more accessible, we apply a sizing liquid to the warp, which will be washed out once the weaving process is ended.

Excellent weaving efficiency and high-quality standards will be achieved by this method. KARL MAYER’s cylinder dryers come in various configurations to ensure that the yarn dries quickly and gently.

Weaving

Yoga Fabrics excels in manufacturing numerous kinds of woven fabrics, and this is the main reason behind our reputation, which we have earned from our customers for years. We have earned a reputation in the market for being one of the best weavers.

Our meticulous attention to detail has earned us this reputation. The machinery we have, such as Rapier looms, and Airjet looms, are the backbone of our weaving processes, allowing us to weave fabrics of varying widths. Before shipping, all shipments are thoroughly inspected using the 4-Point System.

Printing

We offer reactive, pigment, discharge, disperse, and kadi printing on various textiles, including 100% cotton, 100% polyester, viscose, linen, polycotton, and poly-viscose. We can meet all high-end printing needs for made-ups and apparel end-use using the newest technology and state-of-the-art machines.

Processing

We have partnered with mills that use cutting-edge technology such as CBR, CDR, Rotary, and digital printing. We can do RFP, RFD, Bleaching, Dyeing, Tencel, Polycotton, Poly-viscose, 100% Polyester, Linen, Printing, and coating on 100% cotton, Modal and Blended fabrics. Reactive, Disperse, VAT, and Pigment Padding are the different types of dyeing. The end uses are Fabrics for apparel, home textiles, made-ups, workwear, technical textiles, and other applications.
