Refund Policy

All items except clearance, swatches, and Special Orders are covered by a money-back guarantee when shipped to India. Contact Customer Service (phone, email, or chat) to get a return label and start the refund procedure.

International orders are eligible for a refund; however, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. To begin the refund process, don’t hesitate to contact Customer Service with your order and tracking numbers.

Please treat all things with care and return them in the same condition as you received them. It is not possible to return, exchange, or store credit an item that has been trimmed, washed, or changed.

Please return on the same roll if received on a roll to avoid harm. Within 5-7 business days of the returned item(s) arriving at our facilities, refunds are handled to your original payment source.
