  1. When my order will be shipped?

All orders are sent within 48 hours of being placed. If there is a delay in dispatch, our customer service staff will keep you informed.

  1. How can I cancel my order?

Please send us an email at Contact@dineshexports.com or submit a ticket using the form below to cancel your order at any time. Within 24 hours of placing your order, you may cancel it. We can cancel your order before it leaves our store. If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel it; in this instance, you must refuse delivery of the shipment, and our courier partner will cancel the order.

  1. What is the period for delivery?

The order is usually delivered within seven working days after delivery. It may happen in the North East states and Jammu and Kashmir.

  1. Will you refund my amount if I cancel my order?

Cancelled COD orders are not eligible for a refund because no payment was made. If you cancel a prepaid order, you will get a full refund via NEFT to the same account/card used to make the payment within 7 to 10 working days.

  1. Can I return a product purchased from you?
  2. What is the return time?

Yes, in the odd case that you receive a defective product or are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it. Within seven days of receiving the package, the merchandise must be unopened and undamaged, with the original invoice and sticker intact.

  1. How to proceed with a returning process?

Write us an email or give us a call, referencing your order ID and reason for return. Within two business days, a member of our staff will contact you to discuss the return process. Please send a snapshot or video highlighting the damaged area if a product is damaged. If you have gotten fabric that is less than the ordered meters, please submit a video of you measuring the cloth.

  1. How can I return?

You can send the package to us via courier using the provided return address. A nominal reverse shipping fee will be taken from your refund unless the merchandise is damaged if you wish us to pick up your package. Our courier partners usually initiate the reverse pick up within 3-4 business days. In addition, if the PINCODE is not usable for reverse pick up, the consumer must return the merchandise to us.

  1. What are the non-eligible products for return?

Products from the Cut Piece Shop are purchased at discounted prices during a sale, at wholesale rates, and discounted boutique rates.

  1. What about a refund for returned products?

Once we receive your returned parcel, and on satisfactory inspection, our team will contact you to initiate the refund process. Shipping charges, if any, will only be refunded in case of the damaged product return. In the case of pre-paid orders, a refund will be only processed to the same account/card via NEFT used to make the payment within 7-10 working days.

  1. What will be the shipping charge?

If the order value is less than 600 rupees, we will charge 80 rupees per order; shipping will be free if the order value is more excellent than 800 rupees.

  1. Anything else is there to know?

All refunds are subject to Yoga Fabrics’ discretion. Please get in touch with us at our contact number between 10 AM to 8 PM on all working days if you require any additional support.
